Porsche Audio Video Router (AVR) for GW500

This Dension Audio Video Router is an accessory for the Gateway 500 which allows you to watch video on your car's OEM screens. AVR (Porsche) is compatible with PCM 2 (2.0 &2.1) where fitted in Porsche Cayenne.

You can control iPod video (fast forward, rewind pause etc.) from your car's orginal radio or steering wheel controls and send different video sources to different screens. For example, you might want to play iPod video on the front screen for your front seat passenger while playing a DVD on the back screens for passengers on the back seat.

AVR connects into the GW500 via the nine pin DIN (where the iPod dock cable normally connects). The other A/V sources can be connected to the 4 inputs for camera, Aux AV, iPod and DVD. There are two outputs, one to the main screen and one to RSE. Hand brake, reverse gear, NTSC & PAL configuration and TV in Motion are triggered via the CAN BUS.
