To perform ASIC 3168 phones unlock activate box with "Super DCT4" (enables
DCT4/plus IMEI change in the future)
The activation is done automatically in "Credits" tab and costs 50 credits (100
credits come with a box, if the user had not spent all logs on DCT4 RPLs, the
activation is free)
Fixed Nokia BB5 booting for 5800, N97, 5220 and others
