Procedure for T999, T889, I747, I747M, T999V Samsung models:

• Set the phone to Download mode
• Connect USB-cable
• Select Modem Port
• Reset EFS to default settings
• After phone reboot dial *#7284# select UART PDA and Qualcomm settings DM+modem+ADB
• Then dial *#9090# and select UART
• Connect RJ45, mark Unlock option and IMEI then select Factory mode

Unlock Procedure for Samsung SI9500

• Root the phone
• Mark Unlock option and connect the phone in ADB mode via USB-cable
• Select SPT mode
• Then select Factory mode with UART

Procedure for E250S, E250K, E250L Samsung models:

• Flash the phone with appropriate firmware downloaded from support area
• Reset Default EFS
• Then select Factory mode
