Orders and Payment

General rules on how to make a purchase are available at how to shop section of our website. Please read this section before making a purchase!

I have difficulties choosing the right product. Can you guide me?

  • Please contact us via phone, email or sales chat, and we'll help you choose the appropriate product according to your needs.

Do you have a minimum order?

  • Minimum order is USD 20.

How can I pay using my credit card?

Can I buy products directly on your website?

  • Yes, of course. To place an order, you should add an item to the cart and then follow the instructions.

Why some of the products have no Add to cart button?

  • If the item has no Add to cart button, it is currently not available for ordering.

How can I buy a product that is out of stock?

  • Just click the Notify when in stock button, and this product will be added to your Waiting list. As soon as it is in stock, you'll be notified via email.

The product I`ve ordered is not available anymore.

  • In some cases, when there is only one item left in stock, several clients may order it at the same time, and one of them pays first. In this case, the item is sold and shipped only to this client.

The product I would like to buy has no price. What should I do?

  • This happens when the product is not yet available in our stock, and the exact price has not been specified yet. To find out the price, please click the Contact Manager button and our managers will help you.

Can I add something to my order, if it is already paid?

  • It depends on whether your order has been dispatched or not. Before the package leaves our stock, we may change its content. In any case, you`re always welcome to contact us via phone, email or sales chat, and we will inform you if such an option is possible.

Does the product price include the shipping cost?

  • No, the shipping cost is calculated separately, when you place the order. It depends on your location, package weight, and the shipping company.

Shipping and Delivery

How soon can you ship an order after it has been paid?

  • After the order is paid, we ship it within two business days (Monday to Friday). Time of delivery depends on the shipping company you choose and destination. It may take from 3 to 60 days. See Shipment Options for more information.

How fast can you provide a digital product? How do I get it?

  • Usually, all orders of digital products are processed within 1 working hour from the moment we received your payment in full. In some cases, it may take 24 hours. Weekends and public holidays are exceptions; during such days digital product delivery may take more than 48 hours. We inform you about such dates in advance in the News section.
  • Detailed information on the further use of the digital product will be sent to your email, specified during registration, when we confirm your payment and process your order.

What shipping companies do you work with?

What is the best shipping company for my country?

  • You can calculate the delivery cost and find out approximate delivery time before making the actual purchase. Click the button with delivery details just below the Add to cart button and provide detailed information (quantity, country, and zip code) to find out all possible options of shipping cost and time.

How can I change the shipping stock from Hong Kong Stock (HK) to Poland Stock (EU)?

  • If the destination address is located outside EU, the order will be automatically shipped from HK stock. In case you want to change the stock, please write in our sales chat and our managers will help you.

How can I track my order?

  • We will send you the tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. See Shipping Options section for more information about the shipping companies.

Can I get free shipping?

  • To check this option, you can visit Offers and News pages on our site and find out about active promo offers.
  • Also, find more information in our video How to get a lower price.

I placed an order a few days ago, but it has not been shipped yet.

  • Please send us your order number via email or write in our sales chat. It is possible that we need more information before starting to process your order.

Do you have cash on delivery?

  • No, this option is not available. For more information, please refer to Payment Options.

Do you process orders over the weekend?

  • No, we are open from Monday to Friday and ship all packages during business days. If you have placed an order on the weekend, we will process it on Monday.

My order came with a damaged (missing) item. What should I do?

  • Our warranty does not cover risks of product(s) damage or loss within the responsibility of delivery company. Therefore, please check the parcel right upon the receipt and compare the content with the packing list in the presence of the courier. In case an item is damaged or missing, you should report to the delivery company for further reimbursement.

What should I do if my package is damaged and I bought it not on your website (from a reseller)?

  • Please note that we are not responsible or liable for damaged packages or delays after we shipped the order. Therefore, in case you received a damaged package (whether you`ve bought it on our website or not), you should report to the delivery company for further reimbursement. In case you bought a product from our reseller, you should contact them directly.

Warranty

Is there any warranty on the products?

  • We provide warranty for all products purchased on our website according to the specifications given by the manufacturer. See our Warranty Terms for more details.

What's the duration of the warranty?

  • Duration of the warranty depends on the category of the product and starts from the shipping date. Please make sure to ask our managers about the correct warranty period for purchased goods to avoid misunderstandings. See our Warranty Terms for more details.

Discounts and Buying Wholesale

How can I get a discount?

  • Click Buy wholesale and save button, and you will see the range of discounts you can get when purchasing more than one unit. Please consult our sales managers for pricing if you want to buy 10+ units. Watch our video How to get a lower price.
  • For the registered users who have indicated their date of birth on the personal info page in the account, we offer a discount coupon on their birthday. 5% discount coupon is valid for 14 days after the birthday and covers the whole product range of our website (except the special offers).
  • Also, you can always check our Offers page, and find bundle offers, free shipping, etc.

How to use a discount coupon?

  • The coupon allows you to obtain a one-time discount from retail price while making the order. Along with a discount coupon, the client receives a code and information about the discount rate and validity period during which it can be used. To activate your discount, you need to enter the code into Enter coupon code field in the cart during the checkout.
  • Please be advised that with a coupon code you get the best discount available. This discount cannot be combined with another discount. Also, the coupon can be applied only to products with a regular price and shipping conditions.

I’ve entered the coupon code and it doesn’t work. What can I do?

  • If the entered code is not working, first you should check the following:
    • Whether the code was entered correctly.
    • Coupon validity period.
    • Whether there are any promoted products in the cart.
    Also, try again in 30 minutes, and if the coupon code still is not working, please contact us via phone, email or sales chat and indicate the not working code.

How to become a reseller?

  • To become a reseller of GsmServer own products, your first order must contain 10+ boxes / dongles / activations, and further orders must be 10+ items total per month. For Octoplus Server Credits the first order must be 10000+ credits and further orders must be 10000+ total per month.

Technical Issues

How can I register on your website?

  • Please go to the registration page and fill in the registration form. Then click the Register button below. You`ll receive a confirmation letter on your email to confirm you registration.

I didn't receive an email confirming my registration. What should I do?

  • Mostly it is due to mistakes made while entering an email address. If you're sure that you've entered your address correctly, there's a chance that confirmation email is in your spam folder. Please check it. If it’s not there, please, contact us via sales chat. Our managers will help you.

I am having problems logging into my account. What should I do?

  • Please check the entered login and password once again carefully. If the data were entered correctly, but you still cannot log in, please contact us and explain the situation in details.

Why do I still receive letters on my previous email address after it was changed?

  • To stop receiving our letters on your old email address, you should unsubscribe from our mailing list. At the bottom of each email, there is an Unsubscribe link. Click it, and you will be unsubscribed from our mailing list.

What is a TAX ID?

  • Usually, it is an identification document containing number used for taxpayer identification and taxation purposes which varies depending on a specific country. For example, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), Taxpayer ID Number.

What is subscription?

  • After your registration is completed, you will have an opportunity to subscribe to our newsletters and promo offers. You also can choose the business categories you are interested in. Also, this option is available for not registered clients on Subscriptions page. You can always unsubscribe from any our newsletters.
