Please remember that digital items are non-refundable and non-returnable, so make sure you uread the product details carefully before placing your order.

Physical products (boxes, dongles, adapters, cables)

Please confirm the warranty terms and conditions with your account manager before placing your order.

We do not accept returns of physical items unless the customer receives a malfunctioning device with an intact warranty sticker. Additionally, we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by postal or shipping services.
