SIGLENT SDS1000X-E-16LA is a user-installable option that turns your SIGLENT SDS1000X-E series oscilloscope into a mixed-signal scope (MSO), adding an 16-channel, 500 MSa/s, 14 Mpts Logic Analyzer.
To activate this software on a previously purchased device, please provide the unit's Serial and ID Numbers.
Note! This option does not include the SIGLENT SLA1016 Logic Probe.
