Huawei U8160 repairing procedure:

• Make JTAG connections
• Connect the battery and a USB cable
• Download Repair File "Huawei_U8160.ort"
• Start the latest version of ORT Plus
• Click 'Scan'
• Go to the Repair tab
• Select Huawei -> U8160
• Click 'Repair'
• Phone repair complete
