Victor VC60B+ is a digital insulation resistance tester measuring insulation resistance up to 2.0 GΩ. This ohmmeter has a 1999-digit 84.8 x 59.8 mm backlit LCD display, a dual-slope type ADC for insulation resistance measurement, and a low-power, high-efficiency 9 VDC to 250/500/1000 V DC converter.
